We enjoyed our five-night stay at Franklin Apartments, where the spacious two-bedroom setup was perfect for our family. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Central Market and attractions like Victoria Square, enhancing our family bonding experience. While the apartment felt a bit dated and the bed was uncomfortable, the friendly staff and cleanliness made our trip more enjoyable.

Truly enjoyed its very-very nice and understanding staff.
Everything was wonderful here, and the views were pleasant! The room was practical and spacious and included climate control, a lounge, and an iron and ironing board. It was in a very central setting close to centre of Adelaide.

The apartment was spacious but the air conditioning didn't work on a hot night.

Staff are quite friendly, also the location of the apartment is good
however, the single room is quite small, if possible, i suggest there should be two double bed rooms but not just one.

The apartment was very comfortable and incredibly quiet. No outside noise was apparent inside at all.
Only one lift that was incredibly slow, often having to wait for several loads of passengers before being able to ride to our apartment. There was no stair access to use instead.

Everything was there - home from home. Ideal for a self catering break. Close to cafes, restaurants and supermarket and markets - minutes walk to see City highlights such as the Adelaide zoo and Botanic gardens, bus station for organised coach tours (just across the road). 20 mins drive to the Adelaide Hills and close to the trams for the tram ride to Glenelg seaside town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to friends.
The air conditioning was a little tricky to control - apart from that - no problem with anything.

I loved my city view from the balcony, though the wall was a bit high for a amazing sight. The apartment had a dishwasher and laundry facilities, which made my life so much easier. A lovely touch was the soft music playing when I entered my room; it felt like home. The friendly staff also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
The only minor drawback was the somewhat strict no-refund policy, which made me hesitant about changing my plans.

Rooms were private and very quite. Easy access to Central Markets restaurants and tram. Great to be able to store luggage
Would have preferred a later checkout option say by 1pm - happy to have paid a small fee.

Spacious Apartment with Great Kitchen Facilities
The 2-bedroom apartment was surprisingly spacious, with a full kitchen equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, and oven, perfect for cooking . The comfort of the beds contributed to a relaxing environment, and the location near the Central Market made it easy to grab fresh ingredients. The bathroom could benefit from more space for added comfort during showers.
